JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all operations in the spa's nail area, ensuring service quality and customer experience according to Sii Spa standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the operations of the spa's nail area.
- Ensuring the quality of service, techniques, and customer experience according to Sii Spa standards.
- Managing and training nail salon staff.
- Providing advice, handling complaints, and customer service.
- Control inventory of nail polish and tools; propose restocking.
- Ensure hygiene standards, sterilization of equipment, and workplace safety.
- Fulfill the Store Manager's requests.
REQUEST:
- Female, aged 20-32, proficient in conversational English.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in nail services, able to train staff.
- To succeed in this role, the necessary skills include: proficiency in Management Skills, a strong understanding of Communication Skills, English language skills, experience in Sales Skills, and Teamwork Skills.
- We prioritize candidates with experience in: Nail Technicians, other unskilled labor, beauty services, proficiency in Spa services, and knowledge related to Management.
