Job Description

• Manage and take care of KOCs in the company's MCN system
• Select & onboard potential KOCs into the MCN system
• Guide and support KOC to attach product links and deploy sales content
• Monitor KOC progress, sales and propose solutions for improvement
• Organize meetings and workshops to update trends and provide quick training for KOCs
• Answer questions and troubleshoot when KOC needs support
• Support and coordinate with TAP team to update hot deals and suitable product links
• Suggest content ideas, products, and sales promotion programs
