- Take care of existing customer files of Southern Mekong
- Responsible for managing and operating all team tour activities including assigning work to personnel and responsible for sales.
- Actively develop strategies for business development of foreign tours and domestic tours, retail and group tours.

- Make and organize the implementation of the tour business plan according to each period and season, propose the implementation budget and take responsibility for the proposed plan.
- Support and supervise employees to complete the target according to the plan.
- Build and maintain good relationships with major customer partners, travel service providers

- Work with other departments: Events, Air tickets, Hotel, Visa, Accounting & Human Resources to ensure the most efficient operation of the tour business.
- Perform reports and other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
Job requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Having a good relationship with service providers (Restaurants, hotels, destinations, tour guides, ...)
- Professional, dedicated, reliable
