JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Seek out, develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing appropriate financial solutions to meet their needs.
• Plan and manage sales team , guide and support staff to achieve revenue targets.
• Propose and implement business strategies , promote sales for groups and individuals.
• Provide after-sales customer care to enhance company reputation and build customer loyalty

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: At least 1 year in sales, priority given to candidates who have worked in finance, banking, business administration, or marketing.
• Education: College degree or higher.
• Skill:
• Good communication, negotiation and effective persuasion .
• Ability to work in a team and lead a team.
• Have a high sense of responsibility , ability to work under pressure and complete work targets.
• Attractive income: Basic salary from 10 - 15 million VND/month (depending on ability) plus commission based on sales (quarterly/annual bonus).
