Job Description

    HRM
    - Maintain proper implementation of factory rules, regulations and regulations
    - Check and evaluate the driver before delivering the vehicle
    - Assign work to car mechanics, evaluate the skills, awareness, and level of workmanship of car mechanics
    - Responsible for guiding and handing over work to new drivers
    - Manage and mobilize transportation fleet personnel
    - Take attendance and urge drivers to go to work fully, maintain driving within the prescribed time limit, (Urge to rest, the car leaves and returns at the prescribed time)
    - Driving skills test
    - Responsible for urging drivers to complete administrative procedures with the company
    Ground planning
    - Maintain proper parking and parking regulations: Park in the right place at the right place
    - Urging and maintaining the Repair Team to arrange machinery, equipment and tools according to planning. Change engine oil at the correct place
    Equipment asset management
    - Strictly comply with regulations on management of vehicles and accessories accompanying the vehicle
    - Collaborate with the repair team leader to urge repairmen to use assets, machinery, equipment, tools, instruments, and auxiliary works according to technical specifications according to procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
    - Urge the repair team to carry out maintenance on all vehicles according to the prescribed plan to ensure stable running.
    - When the machine breaks down, you must immediately notify the relevant Department and request the repair team to fix it promptly to avoid leaving the broken vehicle waiting for a long time. (tire wear, vehicle body cleaning)
    Vehicle regulation
    - Update vehicle arrival time information
    - Urge the vehicle to check in and depart early
    - Control vehicle running time according to norms
    - Check tires, vehicle documents, cleanliness of vehicle body and carbin
    - Dispatching additional vehicles as required by the Board of Directors and work at the factory.
    - Urge the driver to prepare the vehicle and gather the vehicle at the loading gate quickly
    - Urge drivers to check and tie up goods, cover with tarpaulin to carefully preserve goods
    - When there is a request for tools to serve the safe transportation process, there must be immediate support and handling plans to ensure the safety of the goods.
    - Urge drivers to fully return the goods delivery slip to the accountant after each trip
    Report to the Board of Directors
    - Report daily vehicle dispatch situation
    - Report on the working situation of the vehicle fleet monthly. Human resources, working days, awareness assessment.
    - Summarize reports of broken vehicles to the board of directors
    - Report proposing changes to transportation plans
    - Report on the use of tools and equipment provided to transport vehicles
    - Report the number of registered vehicles in the next month's plan.
