Sales and customer care:
- Developing the sales direction of the store. Offer programs to promote sales and customer care at the store
- Allocate work to store staff. Monitor the implementation of sales activities of the store
- Support Marketing Department to implement Marketing programs, customer care activities to store staff and customers
- Conduct a survey of the competitor's business situation in the vicinity
Management and control of human resources:
- Participate in the recruitment, training and development of employees at the store
- Building employee engagement at the store with other departments
- Proposing employee reward policies
- Supervising employees to follow company policies and procedures
