Job Description

Job details
• Supervise and arrange staff/Guard positions during shifts.
• Carry out tasks assigned by superiors.
• Submit daily revenue.
• Take care of personnel in accordance with company regulations and store rules.
• Ensure good service, customer experience, clean store area.
• CHECK/REPORT daily activities and inventory of all employees.
• Update procedures/change regulations for implementation and information to the store (If any).
• Make documentary reports at the end of the day, coordinate with Key to make weekly reports according to regulations.
• Control and preserve Raw Materials/equipment at the store.
• Receive new employees and conduct training at the store.
• Receive information from SM and bring it to the store.
• Order daily (ice, fruit)
• Receive and resolve customer complaints during shifts.
• Receive/and check orders at the store.

Candidate requirements
• Have experience of over 12 months in a similar position.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in the F&B industry
• Respect discipline, communicate and negotiate well
• Priority is given to those who want to have a long-term relationship
