Job Description

Job duties
• Supervise & coordinate all activities at the store.
• Control the execution of customer-related employee processes.
• Observe, record & synthesize information of customers evaluating products (food, drinks) for superiors, proposing options to serve customers better.
• Ensure smooth operation: right role, right process of each subordinate staff.
• Coordinate in detail all activities of the shop in each location to ensure the best operation when the restaurant is crowded.
• Checking employee activities as assigned by each individual: cleaning areas, cleaning counters, kitchens...
• Remind & reprimand & punish according to regulations if individuals make mistakes.
• Responsible for recruiting according to the store's recruitment & training process.
• Develop a new personnel training roadmap (theory è practice è probation è evaluation of the probationary process)
• Arrange the working schedule of employees in the store to ensure smooth operation and full staff to operate.
• Check and ensure output quality of products: quality of raw materials.
• Monitor & check inventory report of kitchen staff / bartender.
• Inventory and monitor the quantity and quality of goods, tools, equipment, and store assets.
• Directly deal with customer complaints (if any) when employees cannot solve them.
