- Plan and execute recruitment, training, monitoring and monthly employee evaluation.
- Timekeeping & monthly salary calculation for employees.
- Monitoring and inventorying the quantity of goods in and out of the store.
- Check the quality of goods regularly and handle defective goods.
- Track and recommend fast-selling items in the store.
- Implement and support stores in the periodic inventory system (every 2 months)
- Plan and propose to develop both Online & Offline store revenue.
- Monitor, evaluate, summarize and report revenue.
-Check store receipts and payment suggestions.
- Check the cleanliness and general display of the store.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the store's assets.
- Product consulting support. promotions for customers.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Direct Manager.
