Job details
- Arrange human resources to manage QC, QA, IQC in the quality department.
- Daily IQC/QC/QA reports review and error analysis are continuously improved. Ensure quality resolution issued when there are any customer complaints.
- Guide production/QC workers and inspect products throughout the entire process to meet customer quality requirements.
- Create quality action plans to resolve quality issues and convene meetings with the production line.
- Build workflow diagrams, update and establish standard testing procedures for QA and QC. To ensure all quality inspection guidelines and quality inspection criteria are appropriately defined for inspection of incoming raw materials/production/final products.
- Follow the education and training plan to guide QA and QC product testing when there are any new type developments.
- Communicate with customers when undergoing quality inspection or final inspection of factory quality
- Monthly review of final inspection quality defect assessment/customer complaints to devise a quality action plan to track each quality defect for improvement.
- Monitor CMA testing on each shipment.
- Weekly quality meeting with the Production Team Leader.

Candidate requirements
- Male/Female > 25 years old
- Fluent English/Korean, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Office computers (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Have experience working at an automobile manufacturing company.
- Agile, hardworking, honest.
