- Responsible for organizing the implementation of the business plan, processes and guidelines related to the overall work orientation issued by the Company.
- Make a business plan for each year and allocate targets according to peak and off-peak periods.
- Plan the expected personnel according to the season of the year
- Set KPI goals. Complete or exceed KPI targets as prescribed
- Responsible for implementing Sales/Marketing tasks at the club to ensure the assigned sales target
- Responsible for personnel management assigned at the club. Review monthly process and recruitment process
- Establishing and operating the working process, effective coordination between departments in the club, between the club and the board of directors. Building and maintaining a professional working environment, promoting teamwork;
- Controlling operating costs and all costs incurred by the club every month effectively;
