Job Description

• Update visa policies, settlement and job opportunities in Australia; ensure information is always accurate and timely.
• Work closely with departments (Marketing, Sales, Document Processing) to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
• Consulting and personalizing programs to suit the needs of each customer/partner.
• Organize regular internal training to improve team expertise.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers and partners.
• Develop and expand new markets, strengthen cooperation with strategic partners.
