- Receive and plan daily/weekly/monthly cake production for pastry/bread kitchen staff

- Directly participate in the production process, control product standards, food safety and hygiene standards

- Manage tools, raw material warehouse, assets, and equipment of the pastry/bread kitchen

- Responsible for proposing raw materials and controlling the quantity of use, import and export of raw materials

- Manage and propose costs for pastry/bread kitchen

- Research and test products according to the direction of the company and the chef
