3. Job Description:
- Managing the marketing team: Recruiting, training, coaching for marketing staff
- Mobilize and assign marketing calendars and working positions to specialized software
- Coordinate with Sales to implement sales/promotion programs at the point of sale according to the Company's strategy.
- Manage gifts for sales/promotion programs at points of sale.
- In charge of statistics and analysis of all kinds of reports.
4. Job Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Intermediate or higher graduation.
- Good communication, agile, honest.
- Having equivalent work experience in PG leader/ Supervisor, Sales Supervisor, Sales Supervisor, Sale Team Leader, Store Manager... in beer, dairy/FMCG/consumer industry.
- Experience, ability to manage and train a large number of staff.
- Able to go to market and work under high pressure.
- Good office computer skills: Making reports and analyzing, reading and understanding data.
