Manage, assign, arrange work for all employees in the production department - Receive & arrange production plans, arrange appropriate machinery and equipment to ensure productivity & quality. - Advising the Board of Directors in the selection of technology and production organization, lean and efficient production apparatus. - Organize the production of products according to the quality and approved plan. - Ensure inventory according to the approved norm, the rate of damaged goods, material consumption within the allowable limit - Ensure production safety, master production technology to ensure the production of products of approved quality Browser. - Develop work goals and annual, quarterly and monthly implementation plans in line with the Company's overall goals. - Plan resources to achieve the set goals; Training and improving knowledge for each position to ensure work efficiency. - Monitor compliance with company rules, ISO, 5S - Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
