- Experienced in general issues and human resource management in Japanese companies

Work content :
- Work directly with the CEO who is Japanese to set up the company's activities
- Planning and business strategy for the Company
- Working with partners in Vietnam to follow the project progress
- Manage staff and plan recruitment, employee evaluation
- Manage and operate the company together with Japanese boss
- Japanese Translator
