Responsible for the overall management and internal operation of the company's Design team effectively and in line with the company's culture and values.
- Determine the best way to represent Concepts visually to ensure aesthetics on design products
- Identify the images, art or design elements used for each project
- Develop the overall look or style of a publication, advertising campaign
- Supervising design staff
- Review and approve designs, and graphics made by staff
- Talk to clients to understand their desires and develop direction in an artistic and stylistic approach
- Closely coordinate activities with departments
- Presenting products to customers for approval
