JOB DESCRIPTION: - In charge of receiving and contacting the client to obtain the necessary information for the connection process; - Contact experts to schedule appointments and discuss cooperation; - Working and connecting clients with psychologists; - Support clients and specialists to answer questions and provide necessary information; - Book and schedule appointments, monitor the treatment process; - Manage the necessary information and documents in the working process; - Actively share information about Healthy Mind's activities and content to raise awareness about mental health in the community; - Other related tasks assigned by direct manager.
REQUEST: - 3rd, 4th year student or bachelor's degree majoring in psychology or social work, preferably in Clinical Psychology - Have good communication skills, open-mindedness, good listening skills; - Effective organization and arrangement skills; - Active in work; - Minimum 6 months internship.
