JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for defining the scope, developing preliminary plans, assessing project execution capabilities, guiding and monitoring project implementation, and maintaining effective coordination among various internal teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define the scope and develop a preliminary plan. Assess the project's implementation capacity, provide guidance, and monitor the project's implementation plan.
• Maintain effective coordination among different internal teams (Project Planning, Project Legal, Project Design, Marketing & Sales, Accounting).
• Monitor progress, report any delays and issues identified in the project, and resolve them by coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Support to ensure the project is completed on time, to a high standard, and within budget.
• Proactively communicate project status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc., to the necessary project expectations.
• Manage assigned consultants to ensure they coordinate and communicate with all team members to deliver effective and well-managed project outcomes.

REQUEST:

• Graduates from universities specializing in engineering, construction, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of structural design and engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and office software.
• Possesses good leadership skills.
• Able to handle high pressure at work and willing to travel for business when required.
• In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: problem-solving and technical process knowledge.
• To meet the job requirements, knowledge of electrical, civil, and mechanical engineering is necessary.
