Job details:- Support creative design process along with the creative director.
- Designing technical lighting projects in detail for construction.
- Produce and review project's deliverables (drawings, specifications, schedules, cost, etc…).
- Defining tasks, workflow and managing the production team.
- Coordinate with collaborators and other members of the design team.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors as required at all stages.
- Manage simultaneously work and organize several different projects and tasks.
Job requirements:- Professional experience 3 years minimum.
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, urban and light products.
- Perfect knowledge of lighting science and technology.
- Good knowledge in lighting control protocol.
- Good assets for creative lighting design.
- Possess excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent ability to effectively communicate.
- Spoken and written communication in English and Vietnamese. French is a plus.
- Proficiency with CAD, DIALUX, AGI, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D software is a plus

- Experience: + Having 3 years of project management in Lighting Design, reading and understanding design drawings, proficient in AutoCAD + This position will manage by project (monitoring project status, being the focal point of contact) contact with customers via phone/email/chat, technical handling), no internal team management + Manage about 4-5 projects at the same time, then move to another project
- Suitable subjects: candidates who have worked in lighting companies (Philips, Unios, ..), lamp suppliers/distributors, companies in electricity, M&E, architecture, furniture related to lighting design or other lighting design companies (ASA, Social Light, Krist Light, Kobi, ..)
- 1 round offline interview in English with French Design Director (Mr. Cyril Lamy)
- Report to the French Design Director - Note: receive CV in English
Work time: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30)
