- Job requirements:
Graduated from a college/university in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields).
Good English.
At least 3 years of experience working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in factories producing electrical cables, steel pipes, or rolled products.
Read and understand technical drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Skills in handling situations quickly and decisively when machinery malfunctions.
Team management skills (for groups of 5-10 people).
Ability to work in shifts (day/night shifts) and withstand work pressure.
