JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves managing procurement processes, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supplier quality issues, performance reporting, and supporting various audits and compliance activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow to place order based on MRP data and monitor stock level.
• Enter order details (ex: vendors, quantities, price, etc) into internal databases.
• Prepare all require information and data for purchasing operation to create and process order.
• Track order and ensure timely delivery.
• Solve supplier quality issues promtly and efficiently. Coordinate with other departments for solutions.
• Routine Supplier Performance reporting. Analyze performance data to prioritize and execute improvement activities.
• Respond customer audits.
• Prepare data for ISO, IATF

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: University
• Major: Business administration or a related field.
• Language: English (fluent) And Japanese (N4~) is priority
• Gender & Age: Female >28
• Experiences: 3 years similar position, Procurement and Purchasing at the manufacturer
• Computing skills: MS Office Proficiency, SAP system
• Soft skills: Planning skill, leadership skill
• Characteristics : Hard-working, Leadership, innovative
• Other: Have at least 5 years experience in purchasing field in manufacturing company, SAP system
• Have knowledge of ISO, IATF
• Good command of English language both written and oral, Ms Office (Word, Excel). Japanese language is advantageous.
• Willing to work under high pressure

In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Kỹ Năng Kinh Doanh, experienced with Kỹ Năng Bán Hàng and able to use Đàm Phán. Additionally, candidates should have knowledge related to Logistics, understanding of Xuất Nhập Khẩu along with experience with Sales Engineer.
