■Position: Accounting Assistant Manager
■Job Brief:
Key Responsibilities
- Check daily arising accounting transactions into accounting software to ensure these accounting transactions have
correct accounts.
- Guide accountants in handling and accounting for arising accounting transactions, accounting for revenue, expenses, inventory, assets, tax
- Complete transfer entries (monthly report)
- Prepare VAT and PIT, CIT reports, report on the use of invoices and tax declarations
- Check monthly purchase and sale invoices: check and compare invoices with the software whether they match.
- Reconcile internal transactions during the month
- Performing other daily tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

■Requirements :
- Intermediate English
-Proven working experience at least 3 years as an Assistant Accounting Manager or General Accountant
-Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (FAST) and databases
-Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
-Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
-High attention to detail and accuracy
