1. Handle inbound client requests and provide initial consultations
2. Advise clients on available plans, product features, and service specifics
3. Recommend optimal traffic types and packages based on client needs
4. Upsell and cross-sell additional services and packages
5. Communicate with clients in English, collect feedback and insights
6. Prepare customized offers, including special terms for large traffic volumes and long-term packages
7. Perform primary client qualification: clarify needs, answer questions, and close initial deals
8. Proactively search for new clients in Telegram chats and communities

Qualifications

1. English level B1 or higher (spoken and written)
2. Experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer support (preferred)
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions
5. Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working remotely
