Responsible for the management of the sales department.
Coordinate with departments and board of directors to come up with business plans.
Make a business plan for the month/quarter/year.
Specific KPIs for each month/quarter/year
Recruiting and training sales staff.
Develop business strategy, develop and expand market.
Understand needs, update trends, market segments and propose suitable solutions for the Board of Directors.
Work closely with other departments to achieve sales targets.
Report the work of the group by day, week, month to the BOM
Perform assigned tasks.
