Job Description

    Organizing the implementation of professional services to support procedures, take care of customers to buy real estate:
    + Support to complete and collect legal documents related to the Project to serve sales.
    + Coordinating in building and controlling arising forms: Deposit agreement; Contract of sale/transfer; Confirmation of transfer Sale/transfer contract; Final settlement handover documents; Red book records…
    + Monitor and control documents and procedures: Deposit agreement, Purchase/transfer contract, Notice of payment/debt status of customers, Notice/Dispatch exchanged between the Investor and customers, complete dossiers of procedures for granting/transferring certificates of land use rights and house ownership for customers…. Price control on record. Managing the deadline for signing MB contracts, supervising the signing of sales contracts.
    + Directly work with customers to advise and support customers to sign documents and agreements and coordinate with relevant parties to carry out procedures arising in the sales process.
    + Work with the Land Registration Office, Tax Agency… to issue/transfer the Certificate of Land Use Rights, House Ownership and Land-attached Assets for Customers.
    + Monitor debts, ensure debts are recovered in accordance with regulations
    + Receive and carry out procedures to resolve disputes and complaints of customers/partners related to the Company's business activities.
    - Implement business control step for all operations deployed in the Department
    - Actively advise and propose appropriate measures to improve operational efficiency and results of assigned operations. Assessment and control of risks that may arise in the system during work.
    - Managing administratively, organizing work assignments and directing the activities of the Department
    - Build price list and sales policy of each project, monitor the price surplus, monitor the budget used for insurance costs;
    - Weekly, monthly sales report, monthly debt report to the department head.
    - Complete tasks according to functions and tasks assigned by superiors.
