1. Management of business activities:
- Receive customer information orientation from Marketing department.
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to develop strategies and promote the company's services.
- Research and analyze customer needs by product and price (Discount rate, CTKM).
- Make action plan according to KPI from sales department.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and promotion activities.
- Assess market potential and competitors.
- Responsible for assigned business targets.
- Search, screen, exploit the market and find new customers.
- Directly consult, quote, negotiate and sign contracts with customers.
- Visit the customer meeting place to consult directly and collect the necessary documents.
2. Employee management:
- Support, urge and train sales to do business effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide appropriate support and adjustments.
3. Planning and reporting:
- Make monthly, quarterly and yearly business plans and propose directions and solutions to the Director.
- Report weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales to the Board of Directors.
- Monitor and analyze business performance parameters, propose system and professional solutions to improve business performance.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
