- Responsible to the Board of Directors for the target sales
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to summarize and report on the implementation of the plan, propose measures to promote business activities in order to complete the assigned plan.
- Market assessment and development, business expansion, human resources, implementation plan and budget, cost to complete the target by month/quarter/year
- Build and develop customer care policies, increase service quality
