Job Description
Control costs and proactively explore shipping options for branches.
Participate in developing documents, policies, promotional programs, contracts, etc. related to customers and business.
Assist the department head in implementing and controlling content related to customer care, books, documents, goods processes, payments and debts.
Propose training, develop training content and participate in staff training as assigned.
Manage vehicle teams and support sales and delivery to ensure the best support for sales departments and company operations, related to the responsibilities of these two teams.
Compile business performance reports as required.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department and Board of Directors.
