• Responsible for building and managing the entire supply chain from import and warehousing to distribution and after-sales service.
• Develop medium- and long-term supply plans, ensuring a stable supply of goods and optimizing inventory in line with business objectives.
• Manage import operations, working directly with suppliers, logistics partners, and shipping companies.
• Manage the warehousing, logistics, and distribution system; control inventory, minimize losses, and reduce operational risks.
• Manage the installation and maintenance technical team; ensure service quality and timely problem resolution for customers.
• Control logistics and operational costs; propose solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop and standardize processes, and promote the digitalization of management systems (product codes, serial numbers, electronic warranties).
