The Deputy Director will be the person to manage and directly manage all day-to-day business activities of the company as appointed by the Director of the Company in the absence of the Company Director. Management and development of the company's human resources: Assess the quality of human resources; short-term and long-term human resource planning; develop and implement policies to ensure human resources. Continually research the market and identify business opportunities including new trends, new products, new services, new audiences (including Customers, Partners, Competitors), growth areas and new markets. Follow the actual business situation of the Company, propose to make timely adjustments to achieve business goals. Support the Director to manage the business and services for key customers, corporate customers; Develop short and long-term marketing plans and goals; Directing the construction and implementation of Marketing plans to promote the Company's brand in the market and expand the customer base. Be aware of market fluctuations, especially for competitors. Maintain close relationship with Customers, understand the needs and goals of Customers. Based on business targets, analyze and propose solutions to increase sales. Control and propose options to optimize the company's operating budget. Report and be responsible to the Director for the operation situation of the company.
