- Planning, developing business plans, developing export markets.
- Prepare and organize the implementation of the Company's business plan.

- Building and developing customer care services, resolving customer complaints.

- Train and evaluate junior staff.
- Ensure the conformity of the Company's activities with the quality management system: HACCP, ISO:
- Manage and coordinate activities related to customers and consumption of exported products.
- Report on the Company's business activities to the Board of Directors.
