Replacing the director of the company directly managing production and business activities, setting goals, plans, implementing and controlling effectively.
Report to the director on the establishment, amendment and supplementation of regulations; manage, direct and organize the implementation of the proposed plans, propose and implement regulations and policies in order to operate and manage the company comprehensively.
Representing the director to perform external affairs with partners and customers; handle administrative and legal affairs within the company or with state agencies.
Coordinate with accountants for financial planning, determining budgetary needs of current and future projects. Implement and operate the system of salary payment, bonus and policies for employees in accordance with the company's regulations and the law.
