- Perform secretarial tasks, prepare documents, accompany meetings and events chaired by the Leader; record meeting minutes/communicate, monitor the implementation progress of the Leader's instructions;
- Interpreting (serial and parallel) from Vietnamese to English and vice versa in meetings, seminars, training programs, events... of the Company;
- Other translation-related jobs: editing document content, taking general responsibility for translation projects assigned to manage, etc...);
- Receive, review and contribute ideas to complete documents and documents from functional departments to submit to the Leader; at the same time, report important contents and propose appropriate handling solutions;
- Support to take care of foreign customers;
- Perform other duties as requested by the Director.
