- Carry out project legal procedures at competent state agencies to implement projects such as: requesting investment approval, issuing investment certificates, requesting approval of 1/500 planning, requesting land allocation, land lease, issuing land use right certificates, issuing construction permits, approving EIA, for the Corporation's projects in Hanoi and neighboring areas.

- Draft documents and files to resolve issues arising during the operation and implementation of construction projects.

- Other tasks as directed by the Board Director and the General Company's leaders.

- Experience required: Priority is given to candidates with 02-03 years or more in the land field or having carried out procedures from start to finish of a construction investment project.
