- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other acquisition channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, CPM, frequency, learning phase) and take proactive actions to achieve growth and efficiency targets.
- Analyze data, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve campaign results.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1.5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or User Acquisition.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on major advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to make decisions.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and prioritize multiple initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools including GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio, AdsPower
- Experience coordinating with creative teams or giving briefs for ad creatives.
- Working proficiency in English is a plus.
