JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves overseeing general cargo operations, managing quotations, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure efficient cargo handling. The position also requires maintaining customer relationships and performing administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the general progress of cargo operations (both sea and air, import and export).
• Check and prepare quotations upon receiving new orders from clients, agents, or the Director.
• Receive inquiries from agents and customers, and assign tasks to the team.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo handling.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Review daily and monthly reports.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a manager in Freight Forwarding or various logistics fields.
• Experience in express operations is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• To succeed in this role, essential skills include: managing operations, responsibility, and logistic solution.
• Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: management, operations management, and customer management.
