1. Managing and supervising operational activities.
- Responsible for the overall operation of the driver team in the assigned area, ensuring the system operates stably, efficiently, and meets the set business targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and control key operational indicators such as: number of completed trips, trip acceptance rate, trip cancellation rate, operating time, driver productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction; and then propose timely improvement solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance, improve operational rates, and minimize risks affecting service quality.
2. Ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.
- Monitor the drivers' compliance with operating procedures, internal regulations, and service standards.
- Proactively identify problems arising during operations, handle or propose solutions for violations to ensure discipline and brand image.
- Update and implement new operating policies clearly for the driver team, ensuring consistency across the entire management area.
3. Managing and developing the driver team
- Directly manage, coordinate, and support drivers during operations; act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues, complaints, or incidents that arise.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address situations that impact customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews, recommend rewards, warnings, or disciplinary actions in accordance with regulations; and develop plans to improve the quality of the workforce.
- Request:
- Graduated from college/university with a major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or equivalent fields.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in operations; experience in transportation, taxi, logistics, ride-hailing, or driver management is preferred.
- Must possess at least a B2 driver's license and have a thorough understanding of taxi operations, traffic regulations, and related legal aspects.
- Possesses strong team management skills, logical thinking, and quick decision-making abilities in a challenging environment.
- Proficient in office software; capable of compiling, monitoring, and analyzing operational data.
- Excellent communication skills, effective complaint handling and problem-solving abilities; capable of working under high pressure and staying focused on achieving goals.
