TRAIN TICKET OPERATOR

• Working mode: Full-time permanent
• Work location: Office at 171 Vo Thi Sau, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working hours : 7.5 hours/day from Monday to Friday + 4 hours WFH on Saturday morning. Can WFH overtime when work needs arise.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Goal: FAST and CORRECT, handle all bookings, emails, incidents... within the predetermined time frame, according to the correct process, bringing a perfect service experience to customers :

• Check and receive ticket bookings every day
• Issue tickets according to procedure
• Process ticket changes/cancellations upon request
• Handle complaints if any
• Handling arising incidents such as train cancellations, train delays...
• Coordinate with booking colleagues
• Coordinate with relevant teams

REQUEST

• Having experience using train ticket booking systems is a big advantage. If you do not have experience, training will be provided.
• Proficient in office computers: Microsoft Outlook Mail, Excel (required)
• Communicate in English (required)
• Priority is given to candidates with their own laptop
