• Work related to Import-Export procedures
• Monitor import and export on site
• Transfer order information and documents to customs declaration services
• Enter inventory and cost invoices into the system
• Prepare import tax refund documents
• Check debt
• Making contracts and addendums to processing contracts
• Monitor export and import of raw materials and processed finished products. Compare data at the end of the month
• Make month-end reports on liquidation and settlement
• Support the Accounting department in preparing disbursement and payment documents
