Job Description
Make a plan to import goods, search for information about goods and suppliers at home and abroad, then propose to the Board of Directors the selection of suppliers and partners.
Drafting contracts, carrying out the process of importing goods according to the Company's business requirements;
Manage and supervise the input - output - inventory data accurately and timely according to the company's standards and regulations;
Monitor the progress of goods going and returning, ensuring goods keep up and on schedule, quality and quantity;
Receive, check and compare documents of imported and exported goods with the actual quantity checked directly at the border gate during the process of making customs clearance documents;
Coordinate with relevant departments in the enterprise and partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods; Store related documents, and check import costs;
Prepare and complete the procedures, related documents and documents for import and export of goods.
Solve problems that arise, hinder work in the import-export process; Follow up, keep in touch, take care of customers and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers, potential partners are mainly Chinese and Taiwanese, thereby collecting and evaluating information feedback from customers, the market, and even competitors;
