- Update progress and make shipment tracking report.
- Sort, scan, store import and export documents and other related sales documents.
- Reviewing import and export documents including: Invoice, Packing list, bill of lading, CO, CQ, quarantine,....
- Coordinate with service company staff to complete import and export procedures and solve problems arising during the procedure.
- Go to see the actual situation of goods at ports, warehouses and suppliers.
- Provide documents to the accounting department during the payment process in accordance with regulations
- Other tasks as directed by superiors
