• Advising the Board of Directors on the fastest and most effective ways to export/import goods.
• Looking for sources of competitive prices
• Check freight rates, trucking charges, ...
• Prepare documents and documents for import and export of goods.
• Making import/export customs declarations
• Handling issues related to goods and documents with related parties.
• Professional reports, record keeping.
• Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

Candidate Requirements

• University graduate or higher majoring in Economics and related professions.
• Candidates have 1-2 years of experience in the position of import-export staff.
• Having import-export skills, mastering import-export processes, import-export procedures, documents...
• Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Fluently use computer applications to serve the job.
