JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Check prices and quote for EXW, DDU, DDP terms.
- Receive bookings from customers, check seats, negotiate AF, OF and arrange bookings with airlines / airlines / shipping lines, co-loading goods.
- Receive documents from customers and prepare B/L.
- Track shipments and update customers/agents, resolve arising issues.
- Send advance notice to agents, issue debit & credit notices to customers/agents, pay orders promptly.
- Report to the Director on shipment handling.
- Overall control of export and import shipments.
- Detailed information will be discussed during interview.
