• Learn and update visa approval processes for studying abroad, traveling, visiting relatives, and working in other countries
• Receive documents from consultants after customers sign the contract
• Manage, monitor and remind customers to complete and supplement documents and records
• Fill out forms, draft letters of explanation, process and complete documents
• Support and guide customers to submit applications if necessary
• Support customer care, receive feedback from customers
• Other tasks assigned by management
