Job description:
- Work directly with foreign partners by email or telephon under the direction of the Director.
- Track and update purchase progress and shipment information.
- Prepare and check the reasonableness of import-export documents.
- Make declaration on customs software, coordinate with service units to receive goods at the port.
- Do procedures to support customs clearance of declarations after goods are warehoused.
- Store the set of import and export documents after customs clearance.
- Performing contracts, monitoring domestic and foreign debts.
- Other jobs will be discussed further during the interview.
Job requirements
- Having 01 year or more experience in Foreign Trade - Import-Export.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in foreign companies
- Priority is given to candidates graduating from Colleges - Universities majoring in International Trade, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Economics, ...
Skill:
- Using electronic customs declaration software (E-CUS/VNACCS).
- Able to communicate, read and understand English well
- Be proficient in office computer.
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm for work, high sense of responsibility.
- Flexible problem solving skills.
- Work pressure.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Other information
• Salary: 12 to 15 million VND (Negotiable)
• Working time: From Monday to the end of Saturday • Welfare, holidays according to state regulations.
