Lead the development of solutions according to requirements of CTN/Electrical & Light-Electricity systems/HVAC/ Fire protection system;

Manage portfolio of solutions and products for business.
Actively coordinate with companies and partners to BoM equipment in accordance with the requirements of the bidding package or the customer.
Coordinating with the sales department to advise solutions for customers, Writing technical solution documents, proposals, completing technical bidding documents.
Consulting, designing the optimal solution deployment (HLD) model.
Support the deployment department (post sale), participate in the implementation.
Make a work plan and report on the assigned work.
Perform other assigned tasks at the request of the Management and Board of Directors of the Company
