Job details
- Receive information from customers about incidents, coordinate with the Team Leader to assign technical tasks to carry out work at the Customer.
- Receive information and sales records from the Sales Department, handle the remaining stages: Arrange and coordinate delivery and installation.
+ Schedule the recording of photocopier counter numbers, prepare an invoice and transfer it to the Invoicing Accountant
+ Quotation for supplies and ink to Customers upon request
+ Monitor and collect debts from customers in the Team in charge
+ And some other assigned tasks (Within the limits of the position and work department)

Job requirements
- Use computers fluently
- Experience in office, administrative, and accounting work
- Speak fluently
