- Check and process customer information on the Company's software.
- Gather error information to report to the Technical Department for resolution.
- Online system of the Company to solve problems that arise within the system.
- Work is done 100% on computer.
- Work related to data synthesis and reporting.
Request
- Female (due to internal work and accounting major, need to be meticulous).
- Level: Intermediate, College, University
- Experience: no experience needed - if candidates pass the job interview, they will be trained on the Company's software.
- Single (due to having to be online to process information in shifts).
Shift rotation time:
Shift 1: 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m
Shift 2: 2:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Rotating shift once a week)
