Job Description

1. Mission:
• Sorting, sorting goods, packing orders
• Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure a smooth customer service process
• Handling customer cases and complaints
• Call surveys and get feedback from customers.
• A number of other related jobs at the request of management
2. Salary and benefits:
• Salary from 7-8 million depending on ability
• Bonus from 0.5 to 1 million according to working ability
• Trained after getting the job
• Working time: 7am - 4pm or 9am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break). 5 days/month off
